To validate your warranty, you will need to supply your ORDER ID #.
If you purchased your jewelry on Amazon enter your Amazon Order #
(Amazon order ID looks like this: 111-7379296-3700207).
You can find your Amazon Order # by logging in to your Amazon account and clicking on "Your Orders". It will be located at the top right hand corner of your my orders page.

If you purchased your jewelry on the Designer Sterling Silver site, then enter that Order # into the form.
Your Order # for items purchased from the Designer Sterling Silver site is on your email receipt.
You may also look it up by logging in to your account on the website. If you never made an account on the website, then just email dean@mp-proproducts.com and we will help you find it.
If the item was a gift, be sure to ask the person who gave it to you for the Order Number so that you can register your warranty.
